The consulting company DeBERNARDI IN PARTNERJI d.o.o. has its origin in 1988, when the company’s founder Mr Igor Debernardi opened an autonomous attorney’s office. Soon, the two other partners joined him.
The direction/orientation in the commercial law was seen immediately, since the office dealt only with this segment of law since 01.01.1989, when the first company law took effect. We created files and carried out the registration of the fourth Ltd company in Slovenia, the first limited partnership and the first joint stock company with mixed capital.
We have participated since 1990 in numerous reorganisations of state enterprises into private joint stock companies, were in charge in the entries of foreign partners; we participated in and conducted some of the biggest compulsory settlements, carried out due diligences, conducted reorganisations and status changes …
So, we were among the first that started some complex reorganisations of companies, such as takeovers, splitting, spin off, transformations etc.
In 01.01.1999 the two of three partners in the attorney’s office DEBERNARDI-VEZOVNIK-DEBERNARDI - Igor Debernardi and Zdenka Debernardi - changed their status and established a consulting company DeBERNARDI IN PARTNERJI d.o.o., which was specialized in commercial, corporate and tax law and for the services of business-economical and financial nature. In 2013 the company was renamed to DeBERNARDI IN PARTNERJI d.o.o.
